Dr. Baskaran Pillai is an international teacher, spiritual leader, humanitarian and scholar-mystic from Southern India.
Through his educational and humanitarian initiatives, Dr. Pillai’s mission is to alleviate human pain and suffering in all forms.
While Dr. Pillai is happy to share his wisdom with others, how people interpret Dr. Pillai’s teachings or techniques is completely individual,
voluntary and beyond the control of the Pillai Center or Dr. Pillai. No guarantee is made or implied regarding the results of the teachings, as
results may vary from person to person. All information, teachings and techniques are used at your own risk. Any decision to employ these teachings
and techniques in your life is your personal responsibility.
Event refunds:
We understand that sometimes personal circumstances require cancellation of a ticket purchased for one of Dr. Pillai’s events, seminars, retreats or pilgrimage trips. Any event requires the time and attention of Pillai Center staff and these administrative expenses have been taken into consideration for the refund policies listed below.
ONE-DAY EVENTSAll of Dr. Pillai’s one-day event/lecture tickets purchased through Pillai Center for MindScience (Vaaak Sounds) are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled by Dr. Pillai, a full refund will be issued.
Please note, while the one-day events are non-refundable, we typically offer a discounted rate for early registration - if you feel confident of your attendance.
If you are unable to attend, the ticket is transferable - you can sell or give it to someone else, you just need to notify us of the person who
will attend in your stead at least two days prior to the event.
INDIA TRIPS and MULTIPLE-DAY EVENTS
Deposit Policy:
A non refundable deposit is required for all multi-day events at the time of your booking. This deposit will officially secure your spot on the trip. Payment of deposit implies acceptance of reservation and cancellation policies listed here. Once you have confirmed a reservation with a deposit it activates our cancellation policy, so wait to make a deposit until you are sure that you can make it. Please purchase a travel insurance policy right away to avoid a loss if you must cancel.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
• If you cancel one week or more prior to the beginning of the program, we will refund 50% of the total event cost, minus the deposit due to outgoing administrative expenses.
• If you cancel less than 1 week before the program begins, we will refund 30% of the total event cost.

If you are a "no-show" for the event, i.e., do not cancel or contact us after the program begins, then the fee is 100% non-refundable.
PRODUCTS
You may return any product purchased from Pillai Center for MindScience (Vaaak Sounds) within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange. Services are non-refundable (Path of Miracles, DKRP, Mantra writing, etc.).

Please enclose a copy of the packing slip/order confirmation along with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.
