Hotel Room Reservation Procedures
- Each guest will be responsible to pay their own room, tax and Incidental charges upon check out.
- Each guest is requested to reserve their room as part of this Group. Hotel will require an individual credit card in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations must be made up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
- Individual reservations received through any other available reservation channel at a different rate, will not be counted as part of the room block.

Rates are quoted in US Dollars. All rates are subject to 11% government Tax, 3% Lodging Tax and 10% service charge subject to change without notice. The service charge is a union contracted fee which covers all porterage, bellman and housekeeping gratuity as well as all other non food & beverage gratuities such as concierge, front desk, etc. No additional charge for children under 18 years old. Triple occupancy $50 plus applicable taxes will apply, no quads allow

Transportation
Everyone is individually responsible for all transportation to and from the hotel. We have arranged a discounted rate of $35USD Round Trip airport transfers to/from the hotel.
Please EMAIL the transportation company IN ADVANCE to schedule your AIRPORT PICK UP directly. Driver will hold sign for PILLAI CENTER.

Meals
The Hilton has several restaurants as well as a fresh taco stand and deli so there is a range of food options. Food pricing roughly range $15-45 per meal. See hotel website for more details. They have offered our group 15% off all Food and Beverage for all purchases made at the hotel. There are no organized group meals.
