SUMMARY
A deposit of $500 (non-refundable) is due by July 15th for anyone who wants to attend the trip. If you need an additional 2 weeks to make your deposit, you can pay the deposit by July 29th for an additional fee of $100, for a resulting deposit of $600. If you opt for Payment Plan #2 you can pay for your deposit by July 29th for an additional fee of $100 plus $100 for each subsequent extension on payment of the tour and seminar fees (see above). Deposits (either $500 or $600) are non-refundable. A deposit secures your spot!
The trip could sell out before July 15th, so you may want to pay your deposit before then, even if you opt for the Payment Option #2, which gives an extension for the payments of the deposit, tour and seminar fees. We must have deposits from trip participants to secure all needed accommodations (i.e., lodging, meals, temple visits, transportation, etc.).
PAYMENT OPTIONS for Awaken the Goddess Trip
Anyone who wants to attend this trip must pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 by July 9th (Payment Plan #1), OR $600 by July 15th (Payment Plan #1). After paying your deposit, please indicate which payment option you want to use for the final trip balance to us via email at office@pillaicenter.com. We will use the same credit card you used for your deposit for the final trip payment (Option 1, 2, or 3 of your choosing). If you want to use a different credit card for the balance payment, please notify us (office@pillaicenter.com) as soon as possible or at least 3-5 business days before our posted charge date.
TRAVEL CHECKLIST
Once you have placed your deposit, you will be sent a travel checklist, packing suggestions, what to expect and lots of other details.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Fees are Based on Double Occupancy. If you have a travel companion, partner, or family member with whom you will share your room, please provide the name to us via email to trips@pillaicenter.com after registering. If you need a roommate, we will match you with someone by gender (i.e., a man with another man, a woman with another woman).
Single Rooms. If you want a single room, there is a single room supplement charge of $790 for the Awaken the Goddess Trip. Please order your single room on the store (located in the same area as the trip fee).

FLIGHT TO AND FROM GREECE
You are responsible for booking your flight.

-For the Awakening the Goddess Trip Oct. 9-16th 2010, you should arrive to Athens (no later than) 2 PM, Oct. 9th, 2010. The formal program begins 6 PM, Oct. 9th. You should depart Athens no earlier than 8 PM, Oct. 16th, 2010.
- -For the Alexander the Great Extension Trip Oct. 6th-9th, you should arrive to Thessaloniki Airport (no later than) 2 PM, Oct. 6th, 2010.
- -For the Jupiter’s Power in Crete Extension Trip Oct. 16th-18th, you should depart Athens no earlier than 4 PM, Oc. 18th, 2010 (we will fly you from Crete to Athens to pick up your international flight).
As soon as you have booked your flight, send us your itinerary and full passport number (your passport number is needed for the hotels). We will arrange your pick up and drop off at the airport upon arrival and departure. We must have your itinerary and passport number by August 27th to coordinate your pick-up/drop-off at the airport.
PICK-UP/DROP-OFF AT AIRPORT
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR TRIP FEE for Awaken the Goddess Trip
Arrival on October 9, 2009 no earlier than 5 AM
Pick-up from the airport, lodging and meals. If you arrive at 5.00 AM or later, you qualify for a group pick-up from the airport and regular, 12 noon check-in at the hotel (we will try for early check-in, but cannot guarantee that. If you arrive any earlier than 5.00 AM, your pick-up from the airport will be an additional fee to you and the hotel will charge you an additional overnight (i.e., for October 9th).
Departure on October 16th no earlier than 4.00 PM.
Drop-off at airport. If you depart by 4.00 PM or later, you qualify for a group drop-off. If you depart earlier than 4.00 PM, your drop-off at the airport will be an additional fee.
Any arrival or departure outside of the above parameters will require separate accommodations and additional fees will apply.
YOUR FLIGHT ITINERARY
After you book your flight, you must email or fax us your flight itinerary and complete passport details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Initial deposit of $500 or $600 is non-refundable. No exceptions.
- If you cancel 60 days prior to the beginning of the program, we will refund 80% of the program fee due to outgoing administrative expenses.
- If you cancel less than 60 days before the program begins or after the program begins, we will refund 50% of the program fee.
- If you cancel on or after the trip start, there will be a 0% refund of the program fee.

American citizens needing to obtain a passport can get information:

Who needs a Visa?
For citizens of countries who are members of the Schengen Agreement, no visa is required to enter Greece. The countries are the following:
