Normally, your items will leave our Service and Delivery Department in Chennai,
India after processing which may take 7 to 10 business days. After processing, your
order is then shipped. If you ordered items which will be energized in a service
such as Ritual or Fire Lab, delivery will be dependent upon completion of the service.
If you ordered the items while logged in, you will be able to see progress of the
order through your Order Log.
