The Light Body Program is all about understanding the phenomenon of mind over matter, which simply put, is the creation of matter from psycho-biological energy. The mind can be divided into two categories: the Divine Mind and the human mind. The progress towards the Divine mind involves the human mind acquiring more knowledge that will turn matter into light.

Part of the Light Body program is to understand and experience the concept of God. God is not simply a philosophical notion. Though he is invisible to naked eyes, you can see him with your naked eyes provided he facilitates the process.

What happens when you see God? Here is the experience of Manikkavasakar who saw God face to face in the form of a human guru. He gave him Deeksha (initiation) through eye-contact, through placing his feet on Manikkavasakar's head and also gave him the mantra Sivayanama.
