What is Yogic Sleep?

The Yogic Sleep technique was developed by Dr. Pillai over a twenty year period of experimentation. It is fifteen ancient healing techniques synthesized into one. It is available in the Store in the Downloads - Audio section as Mind Processes and Affirmations with a Master, Track 2 (Evening Yogic Sleep).

It produces a state of relaxation deeper than deep sleep. When the mind process technique is done at its most effective level, twenty minutes of yogic sleep is equal to eight hours of sleep.

Rest Cures

The yogis believe that the quality of rest determines the quality of activity. The deeper the quality of rest, the clearer and more profound will be the experience of waking consciousness.
