The 3-inch Ashta Mangala Vaishnava Yantra is a Divine masterpiece encapsulating the essence of eight auspicious symbols to Vishnu along with the symbol of the primordial sound Om. Immerse yourself in the spiritual significance of each symbol on this Ashta Mangala Vaishnava Yantra, and invite the Divine energy and blessings into your sacred space.

Om – the primordial sound

  • Purna-Kumbham – a pot (worldly representation of Divine beings/archetypes)
  • Aadarshanam – mirror (an object of self-realization)
  • Matsya-yugmam – pair of fish (soul realization). Samudra (ocean) is often compared to this worldly lifecycle, where fishes represent Jeevaatma
  • Srivatsa – a sign of Lakshmi on Vishnu’s chest
  • Conch – an ever-pure object that decorates Vishnu's hand
  • Bheri – a drum (sounds of joy and celebration, Divine sounds played at temples to please deities)
  • Aavartanam – a Divine symbol to represent the cycle of life and Karma
  • Ankusham (Goad) - It is a weapon to control elephants. It is a sign of protection and keeps control over desires

Directions For Using Ashta Mangala Vaishnava Yantra

  • Keep this energized Ashta Mangala Vaishnava Yantra on a sacred altar or a prayer room facing north or east.
  • You can perform Abishekam (Hydration Pooja) to Yantra with rose water or milk according to your personal practice- daily, weekly, or monthly. After Abishekam, rinse the Yantra with water and wipe it dry.
  • You can put round dots of sandalwood paste at the four corners of the Yantra.
  • Sit before the Yantra in meditation while offering your prayers during the 11th Moon days.
  • You can offer fragrant white flowers to the Yantra by chanting the below Mantra or " Om Namo Narayanaya Namaha" 27, 54, or 108 times.

Please Note: The color of the Yantra may change over a period, especially with regular Abishekam (Hydration Pooja); however, this does not dilute the power of the energized Yantra.
