Sucharita welcomed us on the Powertime Practice (PTP)<\/strong> call on Aug 4, 2018, the weekend after the Guru Purnima<\/strong> or the Full Moon of the Guru.<\/strong>\u00a0 We are here together on these calls to tap into the energies of Time and the blessings of our guru, Dr. Pillai.\u00a0 This is the opportunity to take advantage of the extreme good energy of our Guru!\u00a0 Guru’s Grace is so important to have to help us on our spiritual path.\u00a0 Sucharita related a fantastic story of how Dr. Pillai blessed her and actually removed her karma in front of the whole crowd at the Guru Purnima event!\u00a0 She tells us that we can still purchase the recordings of the events at Guru Purnima at the Pillai Center Academy<\/a>\u00a0and take advantage of the blessings and new teachings from Dr. Pillai.\u00a0 Looking at the AstroVed Calendar,<\/strong> Sucharita tells us of the important upcoming\u00a0 dates:<\/p>\n

The 11th<\/sup> <\/strong>and 12th<\/sup> Moons<\/strong> are the times to honor Vishnu<\/strong> and his consort Lakshmi<\/strong>, the goddess of abundance.\u00a0 Chant Om Namo Narayanaya.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

Kritika<\/strong> star day is coming up tomorrow and this is a time to honor the Pleiadian god of the third eye, Lord Muruga<\/strong>.\u00a0 Take his weapon, a spear called a VEL<\/strong>, and push it into a lemon or lime.<\/p>\n

The 13th<\/sup> Moon <\/strong>called Pradosham<\/strong>, is a time to honor Lord Siva<\/strong> which will help to \u201cbust your karma\u201d.\u00a0 You don’t know what your karma could be and sometimes it can come at you right out of the blue, seemingly.\u00a0 This is a day to take a Siva Lingum and hydrate it with water while chanting Thiru neela kantam<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Sucharita reminds us that the 14th<\/sup> Moon<\/strong> is coming up and this is a time to propitiate Ganesha<\/strong>, the elephant-headed god who is the remover of all obstacles.\u00a0 There is a link to a video which demonstrates this down in the calendar section below.<\/p>\n

We are approaching a special New Moon<\/strong> this week.\u00a0 It is called Aadi Amavasya<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 This is an important time to pay attention to your ancestors, who are close to the earth plane on this day. Not only do you share our physical DNA with your ancestors, you share the spiritual DNA with them.\u00a0 They live inside you.\u00a0 Their thoughts are your thoughts!\u00a0 You need to help them along on their spiritual journey so you can advance in your own material and spiritual path.\u00a0 Sucharita showed us how to honor the ancestors in a ceremony called Tarpanam<\/em><\/strong>, using rice powder, black sesame seeds. Dharva grass and a coin. This offering acts like a food for their souls. So many tools and tips offered today by Sucharita!
