\u201cThe New Moon is the time for connecting with the Archetypes of Gods and Angels that give you transcendence as samadhi experience. While Full Moons are for manifesting goals, New Moons are for going within. They are also optimal times for dissolving ancestral karma by making offerings called Tarpanam.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOn a practical level, I have found this immensely helpful to heal your health, relationship, and money problems. All these things get better once you do a ritual called Tarpanam. Tarpanam means offering food to these souls. This might seem very na\u00efve, but then we have to evaluate it only by results produced by this practice.\u00a0I have not known any particular ritual or meditation to be so powerful as this offering.<\/strong>\u00a0I just want to develop this Soul Genetics further of how the thought patterns are inherited on the level of the soul from a pool of ancestors.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Dr. Pillai<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

How to Do\u00a0Tarpanam\u00a0Offerings at Home to Dissolve Ancestral Karma<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need:<\/strong>\u00a0raw rice or white rice flour, black sesame seeds, dharba grass, a coin (dime, nickel, quarter, or gold coin), and a glass of water.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Hold a tablespoon of black sesame seeds, rice, a coin, and a few pieces of dharba grass in\u00a0your\u00a0right hand<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the mixture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Pour water onto the mixture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. As you do this, beginning with\u00a0your\u00a0maternal ancestors, say: \u201cI invite you to take this offering. Six generations of maternal ancestors. Take this energy. Be healed. Be at peace. Cross into the light, and please remember to bless me.\u201d<\/strong>You can name specific ancestors. As you get more comfortable with this, you can increase the number of generations to 12 or more.<\/li>\n
  5. Pour the rest of the water on the mixture in\u00a0your\u00a0right hand<\/strong>. Let the mixture rinse off. You can do this over a tub or sink.<\/li>\n
  6. Make a heartfelt prayer to\u00a0your\u00a0ancestors and thank them<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Repeat all of the above for\u00a0your\u00a0father\u2019s side of the family<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
