We all want a better life and pray for things to be different, but things will only change if we change the way that we think.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you see outside of yourself is the sum total of what you see inside of yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have money, good health, or a good relationship, it is because your inner self is controlling your destiny. It is saying \u201c<em>You will never have enough money; you will never have a good relationship; or you will never have good health.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>How to Change Your Mind<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>There is a Buddhist philosophy called \u2018Chitta Matra\u2019 which, when translated, means \u2018mind only\u2019. It can also be found in Hinduism. Chitta Matra helps to analyse a wrong mind set. Changing the way that we think can be very challenging. It requires a certain level of discipline and an understanding of how we\u2014as humans\u2014create illness, unfulfilled relationships, and poverty.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Every Moment is New <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>One way to replace negative thoughts with positive is to visit a temple or church. Show devotion to God or an individual deity and pray with all your heart. With the right level of faith, miracles are possible. Jesus said &#8216;<em>Truly I tell you, if you have faith even as small as a mustard seed, you can say to a mountain, move from here to there, and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you<\/em>.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;font-size: 14pt\"><strong>What Part of the Brain Produces Thoughts?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Thoughts of poverty, prosperity, and negativity come from different regions of the brain.
