If you have a specific problem in mind, you can set the intent to cleanse the karmic thought patterns behind it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice gratitude<\/strong>. Write down what you\u2019re thankful for. You can burn it during Pradosham, or anytime, to send it into the ether.
