Good Saturday morning everyone.\u00a0 Namaste!\u00a0 Sucharita welcomed us all on the Powertime Practice<\/strong> call on April 20, 2019 by reminding us why we are all here together.\u00a0 We are here to learn what the energized times of every day, week and month are so we can take advantage of them.\u00a0 Being together on the calls amplifies our spiritual endeavors many fold!\u00a0 We are here to uplift ourselves, each other and all of humanity.\u00a0 How do we tap into the energy of time?\u00a0 How do we change our thoughts?\u00a0 Dr. Pillai is giving us the tools to do this!<\/span><\/p>\n

This week is the Holy Week<\/strong> for many folks on earth.\u00a0 Friday was Good Friday<\/strong>, the day of the Last Supper<\/strong> and when Jesus Christ<\/strong> was crucified and Sunday is Easter<\/strong>, the day when Christ ascended.\u00a0 The Powertime<\/em> this weekend is all about finding the Christ Consciousness<\/strong> within each of us.\u00a0 Our spiritual centers are hidden in this human body along the spine.\u00a0 We need to unlock the chakras that are along our spines, and Dr. Pillai is giving us the sounds and mantras to do this.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sucharita tells us why we are putting the vibhuti <\/strong>or sacred ash and the red powder or kum kum<\/strong> across our forehead.\u00a0 The kum kum is for the feminine power and the sacred ash seals our third eye.\u00a0 The third eye is located where the pineal, pituitary and the 3rd ventricle are in the brain.\u00a0 The Dance of Siva<\/strong> (The Nataraj<\/strong>) is occurring in this area of the brain.\u00a0 When we recognize this, we are closer to attaining the Light Body<\/strong>.\u00a0 All The Divine Beings live inside of us and we need to learn to listen to them through our spiritual practices.\u00a0 Prayer and spiritual practice will reduce stress and slow down aging!\u00a0 Contemplating a loving God rather than a punitive God is the secret to a long and happy life.\u00a0 Any extreme beliefs or fundamentalism can damage your brain and that is why Dr. Pillai is teaching moderation across the board.\u00a0 All religions and beliefs can utilize Dr. Pillai’s teachings!\u00a0 Two good books that Dr. Pillai recommends are \u201cHow God Changes your Brain\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>by neuroscientists Andrew B. Newberg and Mark Robert Waldman \u00a0and The \u201cYoga of Jesus\u201d<\/em><\/strong> by Paramahansa Yogananda<\/strong>. Yogananda writes that Jesus taught that we must lift the bodily consciousness in order to achieve enlightenment and ascend.\u00a0 The Kingdom of heaven is within<\/em>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meditation:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Today we honored the Kingdom Within<\/em><\/strong>, Lord Muruga<\/strong> and Jesus the Christ<\/strong>.\u00a0 We tapped into the energy of the day. Saturday is ruled Lord Saturn, who will give us patience.\u00a0 He delivers hard karmas and makes us work hard to overcome them.\u00a0 We must keep at it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sucharita showed us how to take a lemon or lime and pierce it with Lord Muruga’s spear or vel.\u00a0 Put it on your desk or altar and this will prevent negative energies from entering your space.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
