Sucharita welcomed us all onto the April 4, 2020 Powertime Practice Call. She mentioned videos<\/a> Dr. Pillai created this week where he talked about conquering fear<\/strong><\/a> around the Coronavirus<\/strong>. We do need to create a feeling of security and safety, but not of FEAR! Dr. Pillai says that fear will compromise the immune system and can paralyze us. Fear can be disguised as depression<\/a> or as anger. It doesn’t matter what is creating the fear, but fear can trigger all the fears that we have felt. When we are fearful, all the hormones that cause fright and flight can permeate our bodies and beings and make us to lose our bearings. Take action and go toward something that will uplift you out your funk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Pillai teaches us mantras to chant that will protect our body and mind<\/strong>. Mantra is a sound or a vibration and will help us to stay connected with our higher selves. Stay positive, think positive, be positive! We are navigating the unknown and when we are going through a turbulent time, this is the time to go inside and beg God to help<\/a> us. We can get together<\/a> to raise the consciousness and triumph.<\/span><\/p>\n

Studying with Dr. Pillai is giving us the connection to the latest and the greatest teachings from the Divine. Starting Sunday April 5<\/strong>, Sucharita will be guiding us through a \u201cNaShi MaShi\u201d mantra chanting for 30 days<\/strong>. We will use the mantra practice to dissolve our fear away! Dr. Pillai wants us all to do this! We will start out with chanting the mantra for 108 times and work our way up to 1,008 times and more! This will start at 7 PM Pacific Time and continue for the month. This will create a group consciousness and this will exponentially expand the energy of our spiritual endeavors.<\/span><\/p>\n
