Yesterday, we passed through the full moon phase which is all about the goddess, all about abundance. These next 14 waning moons are times to clean up your space, your car, your finances.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today is Saturday which is the 2nd waning phase of the moon. This moon is about speech and finance. Invoke Lord Saturn on this day by burning a sesame oil lamp and feeding Crows. Chant \u201cOm Sanicharaya Namaha<\/em>.\u201d Lord Saturn is a being that has a consciousness and makes us to get on the spiritual path.<\/span><\/p>\n

We will be experiencing a 4th moon this week called Sankatahara Chaturthi. What is the Significance of Sankatahara Chaturthi? It\u00a0 falls on the fourth day of the Krishna Paksha (waning phase), every month. This is an ideal day to participate in special pooja and homas (fire rituals) dedicated to Lord Ganesha<\/a>, the remover of obstacles.
