Hanuman<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hanuman<\/a> is an important archetype who blesses his devotees with power, wisdom and strength. He played a major role in Ramayana. Hanuman was from the Vanara clan and was born to Anjana and Kesari.<\/span><\/p>\n

He served as a minister to the Vanara king Sugriva and was helping him in governance of the Kiskinta kingdom. Later, when Sugriva was banished by his own brother Bali, Hanuman was one of the handful vanaras those who chose to stay with Sugriva.<\/span><\/p>\n

When Sita, the wife of Rama was kidnapped by demon Ravana during their absence, Rama and his brother Laksman came to Kiskinta in search of Sita, Hanuman approached them and learnt about their plight and introduced them to Sugriva.<\/span><\/p>\n

Later, Rama killed Bali and anointed Sugriva as the Vanara king. Sugriva in return of favour promised to help Rama find Sita. Hanuman was one of the chief member of the Vanara sena who headed south to discover the whereabouts of Sita.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hanuman<\/a>, flew in air to Lanka using his divine powers and saw Sita and conveyed to her that Rama is coming to release from Ravana\u2019s captivity. He flew back to Rama and told him about Sita. In the subsequent war between Rama and Ravana, Hanuman played a big role and was a big contributor to Rama\u2019s victory. He performed several daring accomplishments and changed the course of war in favourable to Rama.<\/span><\/p>\n

When Rama returned to Ayodhya, Hanuman stayed with him and continued his services to him. Rama recognized Hanuman as his ultimate devotee. Invoking Hanuman will help you stay wealthy and strong and will bring the blessings of Ram too.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hanuman Chalisa and its importance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Hanuman Chalisa is one of the most powerful stotrams written on Lord Hanuman. It was authored by Sant Goswami Tulsidas, a divine poet belonging to the 16th<\/sup> century.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hanuman Chalisa is a compilation of forty poems or Chalis chaupayis (forty quatrain verses). The recitation of the Chaupayis begins and ends with a Doha (couplet).<\/span><\/p>\n
