\u201cThe yogis once said there is one thing in this universe: <\/span>\u2018Everything is full. There is fullness.\u2019 Where did this fullness come from? It came from the universe, the universe is full.”\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

The poverty starts from your mind, your fear, and your genetic programming. All this genetic programming that has led to these conceptual constraints can be negated by just one sound\u2014and that sound is Poornam<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This sound is designed to bring you fulfillment in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Letting Go of Fear\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u201cFear is what is stopping many people from being content with the present. Fear is the amygdala, which is the fear brain, the origin of a person\u2019s fear. Once you learn how to take control of your amygdala and get rid of your fear, there is a lot more than you can achieve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And then you will build an understanding of the certain sounds that will be taught. You don’t have to wait until the <\/span>New Year<\/span><\/a> to do this. The sounds will be given before so that anyone interested can benefit and prepare themselves for the program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Emptiness Is Not Empty\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u201cWhen the Buddha talks about emptiness, he was not describing it in a negative manner. His nirvana is whole, which meant far more to him than his royal title and worldly desires. That’s why he promoted Nirvana as emptiness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Emptiness is fullness. Because of our unruly levels of anxiety, we are all tremendously suffering from survival anxiety. People are afraid of what their future plans are, or if their relationships will fail. You will be better once you find other things that help you achieve fulfillment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The key is to acknowledge that there is fullness everywhere and to not allow fear and anxiety to rule your mindset. You are already whole. When you accept this, everything is possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When we look at the Buddha, for instance, he was an atheist. He didn’t believe in God nor souls. However, he did believe in one thing, and that was karma. He did not let rational thoughts hold him back from the realm of possibility and change. He was aware of karma. If the definition of karma is thought pattern, your thought patterns never change, because they are anxious thoughts. They are genetic. So the genetics have to be changed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Power of Poornam\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

The sound of Poornam encompasses fullness. In order for Poornam to work, all that you have to do is live and embrace the wholeness that is already within you and around you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I’m going to structure the program in a way that when you slip out of the fullness, there should be an alarm that goes off\u2014it’s not a big technology or something that I’m really doubtful about. It’s possible to create technology around it. Just a beep watch, every hour it beeps and says\u2014”Hey, you slipped from fullness into your anxiety state, into your worst stupid thought.” Then you can come back and chant<\/span><\/i>:<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fullness is everywhere. When the mind is fulfilled, it is full of understanding and intelligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you listen to these vibrations from the yogis, it is meant for every human being to use it and feel whole. The vibrations help you become so positive, that positivity will offset the negative mind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

By the time the New Year arrives, you can change and reap the benefits by simply living in the present. Ask yourself whether you are able to be more present with the present. If you focus on the present, can you say with confidence that you have overcome your problems, whether it be in the area of money, relationships, health, intelligence, happiness, or your relationship with God?<\/span><\/p>\n

Just write it down and ask yourself, “Are you fulfilled with your current income? Are you fulfilled with your relationships? Are you fulfilled with your health?\u201d You can create a list with many items as you go. And if you haven’t done so, that means you are not living in the present since you are too preoccupied stressing what the future may hold.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The \u2018now\u2019 is emptiness according to the Buddha. According to Dr. Pillai, it is not emptiness. <\/span>\u201cI won’t call it emptiness. I would call it Poornam. Poornam is fullness. Fullness is everywhere.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
