What is the difference between coaching and teaching? I would say that coaching, teaching, and then preaching. Preaching is the worst. Teaching is okay, but coaching is what matters.<\/span><\/p>\n Coaching is all about commitment, commitment to your own consciousness, to your own mind, to your own management of time, because if you don’t manage your time, that means you are not managing your money, you don’t care for money. Why? Because you don’t care for time. This is not teaching. This is coaching.<\/span><\/p>\n Just to say this concept and leave you to do whatever you want to do, that is teaching. In coaching, when I say time equals money, and then you have to be committed and being conscious of time. They are all very meaningful practices in which what you have to do is remain totally conscious of how you spend your time.<\/span><\/p>\n If I have to use the metaphysical language, if you insult time, you will be insulting money. If you insult money and time, you are insulting God Kalabhairava, and he doesn’t like anybody to insult him, because he is for the Satya Yuga, the God of Time, the God of Money, and the God of Wisdom as well.<\/span><\/p>\n I want to give you the most important coaching tip. The tip is that you have to remain conscious. Conscious of what? Conscious of your time and conscious of money.<\/span><\/p>\n Whatever you are doing, you are sitting on the dinner table, most of the time, people chit chat and waste time. Whatever you do, you have to remain so conscious. Of what?<\/span><\/p>\n I want you to commit to this concept that I am going to remain conscious of money. I’m not going to ask how the money is going to come, what skills I’m going to learn; they are all secondary. They are needed, but they are secondary.<\/span><\/p>\n Simply, you say to your mind, I need to make money. I need to make money. I need to make money. I need to make money. I need to make money. I need to make money. I need to make money. What will happen is: I will quickly give you this practice. Close your eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n When you say \u2018I,\u2019 it will go deep into your soul. Through your eyes, you will go to the soul. You are talking to the soul. It is just like Jesus is saying Effatha; that will bring you to the awareness of God, the awareness of yourself, which is God.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018I need,\u2019 the sound \u2018need\u2019 and the meaning behind it are significant. Need\u2014you should need money. Let’s say I need money. This is a mantra. Money itself is not just a word, but a mantra, because I have turned it into a mantra now as I am giving it to you, understand the sound, the meaning, and take the sound and the meaning deep down into your consciousness, to the deeper mind. Then you will be taken to A different type of consciousness.<\/span><\/p>\n I need money. I can talk about it for hours, but I would rather want you to say that.
