And I don\u2019t care about whether people are going to ridicule me for being so \u201coff-the-wall\u201d sometimes when I talk about rituals, or talk about some mythological characters who look very funny and weird. But they all have a great deal of profound meaning and impact on human consciousness.<br \/>\nOne thing that I have been doing consistently is the help from the Gods and Goddesses from different traditions, whether they are from the Egyptian Tradition, or the Greek Tradition, or the Hindu Tradition. They are all very powerful. So the mythology that we find in different traditions are not just superstition, but have great value and practical use.<br \/>\n<strong>\u201cThe Monkey God\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>Hanuman <\/strong>is a good example. You find \u201cThe Monkey God\u201d not only in India, although it is a predominant tradition in India. You find \u201cThe Monkey God\u201d Tradition in China, in Japan, and I was in Egypt, and in Egypt, I found a statue of \u201cThe Monkey God\u201d too.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"9qqwgy\" data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2195\"><strong>The Real Problem: Low Self-Esteem<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2208\">Everybody, by in large, has a low self-esteem. This low self-esteem comes from a lack of understanding of their own Divinity within. Some people, somehow manage to create a high self-esteem and then they are the people who end up as President&#8217;s, Prime Ministers and Kings and Queens \u2013 and they all have the highest self-esteem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hanuman is all powerful, and he has the highest self-esteem. Although he is a monkey, his self-esteem is the highest. This comes out of his own power and his ability to do everything. He is often called an \u201cAsathya Sadaswami,\u201d which means: \u201cOne who can do the impossible\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1sbi5y7\" data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3034\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2983\" data-end=\"3034\">The Sound That Connects You to Hanuman: \u201cHreem\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3049\" data-end=\"3221\">I am going to introduce you to a very important sound, and the sound has to be used in a certain way. The sound is called <strong>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Tz1K8cmd_-g\">Hreem<\/a>\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3563\">Like any other sound it is also feminine, but its masculine aspect is there because it starts with the sound \u201chr\u201d which is the sound of Siva. The sound \u201cree\u201d is the energy of the Sun, or Fire, and the sound \u201cee\u201d is the sound for desire, and the sound \u201cmmm\u201d is the sound for manifestation &#8211; \u201cHreem\u201d. So you can see in each syllable there is a packet of energy \u2013 a specific packet of energy \u2013 that can deliver to you that experience or create that experience, or create that matter. That is how powerful it is. It will go and completely reorganize your psychological, and physical makeup, \u2013 including your emotions. It is a most powerful sound.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A person who begins to work with this sound will vibrate with a different energy. It will change their aura.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4147\" data-end=\"4325\"><strong>\u201cHreem\u201d is also used as a mantra for Hanuman in some traditions\u2026 because it symbolizes intelligence, light, and doing impossible things!<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"j4e321\" data-start=\"4332\" data-end=\"4394\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4335\" data-end=\"4394\">Five Steps to Connect with Hanuman This Hanuman Jayanti<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1ymml4o\" data-start=\"4396\" data-end=\"4458\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4400\" data-end=\"4458\">1. Understand That Hanuman Is an Energy You Can Access<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4459\" data-end=\"4595\">You can access his energy through the monkey, definitely\u2026 he has a tremendous amount of power.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"b49wpc\" data-start=\"4602\" data-end=\"4653\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4606\" data-end=\"4653\">2. Know That He Appears Beyond the Physical<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4654\" data-end=\"4819\">The monkey appears\u2026 but it is not a real monkey, but then an image of a monkey who is alive and talks\u2026 it is like a vision.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"2no09g\" data-start=\"4826\" data-end=\"4858\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4830\" data-end=\"4858\">3. Use the Sound \u201cHreem\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4859\" data-end=\"4986\">Meditate on the sound \u201cHreem\u201d\u2026 it will change your aura and remove embedded problems.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1b543ym\" data-start=\"4993\" data-end=\"5020\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4997\" data-end=\"5020\">4.
