We are wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving<\/strong><\/span> holiday!\u00a0 Even though it’s a holiday celebrated mostly in the USA, this is a really great time for anyone to remind yourself of what you can be thankful for. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This week, look for the silver linings in your life<\/span><\/strong>, especially where things may have been disturbing. This is a good time to clear out your life, and especially the physical parts of your existence! Clean your closets, your garage, your desk-get rid of any things that you don’t need. These things carry memories and these memories attach you to your past. We need to wipe the slate clean! Start to think about ways to simplify your life. If you feel overwhelmed by this holiday season and don’t know what to give to your loved ones, just give the gift of spending time with those who have everything!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
