It\u2019s an amazing thing. You know,\u00a0if\u00a0you ask anybody who has been meditating for some time, or a few years,\u00a0they wouldn\u2019t even be able to go to Theta or Delta state\u00a0instantaneously.\u00a0This can do that. Of course\u00a0there are more elements that will speed it up, but\u00a0since you are beginning, I think this is good enough. Having said that, that doesn\u2019t mean that you won\u2019t go\u00a0to a Theta state with this one, you know,\u00a0just focus on\u00a0it\u00a0and\u00a0then\u00a0go\u00a0into a Theta, or Delta state.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2ea3f2; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>A Quiet Mind Equals Intelligence<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>What does that mean? That means\u00a0your mind is very, very quiet, the brain is working very, very quietly. The\u00a0more quiet\u00a0it becomes, the more intelligent it is. That\u2019s why I said that\u00a0this is the Ultimate Meditation\u00a0that I can think of. I\u00a0know at least a few hundred different forms of meditation.
