\"\"<\/a>From Thursday night (Eastern Time) until sunrise on Friday, we will celebrate Maha Shivaratri and access the favors of Shiva, an archetype who will fulfill all his devotees’ wishes during this time window.<\/p>\n

It’s a night of great transformation. It is said that even if you have never meditated, but spend some time to practice some meditative states on Maha Shivaratri, you will experience miracles.<\/p>\n

Try the following simple steps and you will be surprised at the amazing shift in consciousness that you will experience. It’s a night like no others!<\/p>\n

1. Chant ‘Om Namashivaya<\/span>‘ (at least 108 times) or your favorite Shiva mantra<\/p>\n

2. Listen to Shiva bhajans (devotional songs).<\/p>\n

3. You may also pour some milk on a shivalingam, if you own one (or you can find it in any Indian imports store)<\/p>\n

4. Chant ‘Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare<\/p>\n

Hare Kalki Hare Kalki Kalki Kalki Hare Hare’.<\/p>\n

Dr. Pillai said that during these Shivaratri hours we will witness the arrival of the much awaited Kalki Avatar, an archetype that will restore righteousness on our planet.<\/p>\n
