Sucharita bid us a good morning on the Sunday’s with Sucharita<\/em><\/strong><\/span> call today on September 3, 2017, a long holiday weekend at the end of summer. This is a good time to start to have <\/span>structure<\/span> in our lives.\u00a0 The mind, <\/span>body and soul <\/span>need some structure to follow so we can focus on our goals.\u00a0 As we change seasons, the weather can affect our brains and our pituitary and pineal glands.\u00a0 We must look at how we fit <\/span>into our natural habitats at this time, and notice the changes taking place.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Mother Nature can throw any of us for a loop and all we can do is master our own intelligence.\u00a0 The Mother is the kundalini energy-the kundalini energy inside each of us.\u00a0 When we get hit by Mother Nature, as with the recent floods and wildfires, we have to ask for Her blessings to create a protection field around us.\u00a0 And the same thing is true with the planets in our solar system.\u00a0 These planets are beings and exert powers over us.\u00a0 When we meditate we will be able to \u201csee\u201d what is impacting us and focus on utilizing these powers to our benefit and protection.\u00a0 Dr. Pillai gives us tools to utilize the energies of Mother Nature and stars and planets.\u00a0 The Sun exerts an energy over us that has to do with our souls.\u00a0 The mantra for the Sun is the Gayatri mantra.\u00a0 Gayatri is the goddess energy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When we meditate, we should feel or imagine a reddish-orange light at the root chakra <\/span>or\u00a0 muladara<\/em>. This reddish light is Ganesha.\u00a0 The <\/span>muladara<\/span> is one of the places where Ganesha resides in our bodies.\u00a0 (If we have back pain, we should be focusing on Ganesha).\u00a0 Bring that light up the Shushumna<\/em> or thin thread of light that goes up near our spinal cord from the base up to the center of our brains.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meditation should be our life!\u00a0 We should be in a state of meditation all the time, not just when we are sitting on our yoga mats.\u00a0 Today in our meditation we focused on the sounds of \u201cShreem Brzee<\/strong><\/span>\u201d<\/em>.\u00a0 Put these sounds in the garden of our being, like seeds in a garden.\u00a0 We can cultivate and grow wealth from these \u201cseed sounds\u201d of Shreem Brzee<\/em><\/strong>!\u00a0 This will bring us peace, <\/span>abundance and joy where ever we go.\u00a0 Meditation will help us to align with Mother Nature!<\/span><\/p>\n

The souls of your ancestral lineage are believed to come down to the earth plane at this time to be with you, and they are expecting your help to go to a higher and more joyful realm of light. Dr. Pillai says \u201cThe ancestors who passed from the earth and living in another plane are invoked to give abundant blessings. This 2-week Mahalaya<\/strong> period is very critical for you. Even the enlightened yogis and rishis wait for this time, which comes only once a year, to get blessings from their own ancestors. Sucharita mentions that Mahalaya Paksha<\/a>, the time to honor the ancestors, is coming up this on Tuesday’s Full moon. AstroVed offers several packages to help us take advantage of this time.\u00a0 She says that if we can’t afford to purchase all of the moon phase rituals, then for sure to do the one on the new moon.\u00a0 Every day in this two week period <\/span>do your <\/span>tarpanam rituals at the very least.\u00a0 Only do this ritual during the daylight hours!<\/span><\/p>\n
