It\u2019s going to hide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So I get confused. \u201cSo what do I need to do? Why did I come all the way here?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is a deeper understanding about the Mountain saying \u201cI am hiding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When Ramana Maharshi came, the Mountain said the same thing. You know, that it\u2019s just a rock. But then Ramana Maharshi also said, \u201cAlthough it\u2019s just a rock, it can still the mind. By looking at the Mountain, it can still the mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And I would go one step further and would say, \u201cYou don\u2019t even have to look at the Mountain. To just be in the presence of the Mountain, although the Mountain will be a few miles away from you, and even without seeing the Mountain, the Mountain can still still the mind. How?\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>How the Mountain, Arunachala, Stills the Mind<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dr. Pillai Gives Arunachala Meditation to Still the Mind\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jWCzaYjPpXI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There is a Divine Radiation from the Mountain all around this area, and this Divine Radiation is capable of stilling the mind. And stilling the mind is the most important thing that can happen to anyone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe still and know that you are God\u201d is Bible, the Old Testament, I guess. So there is no way you can still the mind through human efforts. You need to have some Divine Intervention, and the Divine Intervention is provided by the Mountain.<\/p>\n<p>I just want to give this experience to people who come here looking for transformation. But again, the mind comes, and the mind is the problem. The mind gives innumerable concepts, ideas, philosophies, etc, etc. But all of these things have to come to an end, and that will come just being in the presence of the Mountain. The Mountain will still the mind.<\/p>\n<p>How will it still the mind? By just using the sound \u201cArunachala\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Arunachala Sacred Site Mantra Meditation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cArunachala Siva, Arunachala Siva, Arunachala Siva, Aruna Sivom\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cArunachala Siva, Arunachala Siva, Arunachala Siva, Aruna Sivom\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pronunciation: Ah-roo-nah-CHELL-uh SHEE-vuh X 3, ah-roo-NAH shee-VOHM (the accent syllables for the chant are different when speaking)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meaning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Arunachala:<\/strong> Shiva as the Sacred Fire that illuminates darkness<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aruna:<\/strong> Brilliant glow like that from the Sun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shiva:<\/strong> Supreme Archetype of Karma Removal and Transcendental Awareness<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sivom:<\/strong> The vibration of Shiva\u2019s presence or darshan<\/p>\n<p>This sound, Arunachala Siva, will help you while you\u2019re looking at the Mountain. There are a million ways you can use the Mountain. There is so much that can be said, but all of these verbal and visual presentations lead to one goal, and that is to still the mind.<\/p>\n<p>Come to Arunachala.
