\u201cWhat gets fulfilled is not what you are thinking now, but what you had thought about, maybe in another lifetime, or several lifetimes ago. Or maybe in this lifetime, those thoughts which went deep into your consciousness, and deep into your subconscious mind, and manifested in physical reality\u2026 that is what karma is.\u201d<\/em> – Dr. Pillai<\/p>\n Dr. Pillai says that karma is fundamental. It determines your entire reality in every moment. It\u2019s a reality that you decided long ago, perhaps in past lives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n This karma, which created the moment in which you are reading this, is a set of conscious and unconscious thought processes and related beliefs about the world.<\/p>\n Much of your karma manifests in your throat.<\/strong> Dr. Pillai relates the Adam\u2019s Apple of the throat to the story of the fall of Adam and Eve. When Adam found out that he was eating the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, he stopped it from going all the way down the hatch. It stopped in his throat, hence Adam\u2019s Apple.<\/p>\n It\u2019s mythology, but it has practical value. This point in the throat is the center where the poison is \u2013 where your karma is. To transmute this poison, Dr. Pillai has given the mantra, Thiru Neela Kantam.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Mantra that Removes Your Karma<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Thiru Neela Kantam is a mantra that comes from a story in scripture.<\/p>\n The Gods, Goddesses, and demons were churning the ocean of milk in a search for he Elixir of Immortality. When they found the Elixir, they realized that using a snake to find it was a bad idea. The snake puked poison into the ocean.<\/p>\n Shiva was watching the whole thing. He saved the day by drinking the poison and transmuting it in his throat. The poison represents the repetitive thought patterns of karma.<\/p>\n Thiru Neela Kantam literally means \u201cblue throat\u201d. It is also the mantra that destroys karma. It\u2019s pronounced TEE-roo NEE-lah KAHN-tahm. When chanting it, visualize a blue light in your throat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Going Beyond Karma to Diffuse It<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n To fully access the place where karma is deposited, and clean it up, you have to go beyond the thinking mind. There are five steps. <\/strong><\/p>\n Dr. Pillai explains, \u201cYou have to go from the sensory mind to the rational mind, and then go deep into the dreaming mind, the sleeping mind. These will be the steps through which you will get to the level where you have access to the karmic impressions. Once you go there, you can diffuse them. You will be able to see how this karma is rooted here, and then how it can be diffused.\u201d<\/p>\n The process involves becoming timeless because there is no karma without time. This place of timelessness, which you can enter, is the place from which miracles come.<\/p>\n\n
