1. When will the services I have ordered (such as Ritual or Fire Lab) be performed?

You will receive an email reminder with information on the schedule date for any service. Services are scheduled per instructions from Dr. Pillai or in consultation with trained specialists for the appropriate date for a particular service. In some cases, the service may be scheduled for the birthstar day of the person you ordered the service for (if you provided that information.) Please be assured all Rituals or Fire Labs are scheduled for maximum effectiveness and are carried out under carefully supervised conditions to ensure authentic performance. If you have created a PillaiCenter.com account or logged into PillaiCenter.com with your Astroved.com ID and then placed a ritual order, you will see more information about the service in your Order Log. If you did not place your order while logged into a PillaiCenter.com account or an Astroved.com ID, you will not have an Order Log to look at.

2. How do I start a PillaiCenter.com account?

  • Step 1: Click on Register. This can be found near the upper right hand part of screen.

  • Step 2: Read the directions and decide whether to use your current Astroved.com login (recommended) or create a new PillaiCenter.com account. Fill out appropriate information if creating a new PillaiCenter.com account.

  • Step 3: Save the information by selecting the "Register" button.

3. How do I edit user information or edit account information?

  • Step 1: Click on Log In (in upper right area of screen) and enter your username and password.

  • Step 2: Click on My Account (in upper right area of screen) and select appropriate category where you wish to make an update.

  • Step 3: After making your changes, be sure to click on Update near the bottom of the screen.

4. What is the correct format for entering a birth time?

Please enter your birth time in the style of military clock standards. For example, if you were born in the morning (AM) please select between 00 and 11 from the dropdown for the hour. Please select 00 for 12 AM. If you were born in the afternoon or evening (PM) times, please select between 12 and 23 from the dropdown for the hour.

Example: a person born at 10 minutes after midnight would select 00 for hour and 10 for minutes.

Example: a person born at 9:15 in the morning would select 09 for hour and 15 for minutes.

Example: a person born at 11:45 in the evening would select 23 for hour and 45 for minutes.

Example: a person born at 12:20 in the afternoon would select 12 for hour and 20 for minutes.

5. Why do I have to enter a birth location?

Astrology utilizes map coordinates and time zones to create an accurate chart. Planetary positions would be different if you were born in Greenwich Connecticut, USA. or Greenwich England, because there is a big time difference between the two locations.

6. What do I do when I have forgotten my password?

  • Step 1: Click Lost your Password?. This can be found in "Log In" area of PillaiCenter.com.

  • Step 2: Enter you User Name and click on the "Submit" button. Your password will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

  • Step 3: If you have any problems or have forgotten your User Name please contact office@PillaiCenter.com for assistance.

7. What is the purpose of the Location and how do I maintain this information?

The location address is where you currently live or it could be where you intend to move. This information is initially created when a person becomes a member of PillaiCenter.com or when users "Edit" the "My Account". might want to list the address of the business. If you want to know the best time for personal matters, the location of your home would be the best choice.

  • Step 1: Log into PillaiCenter.com and go to the "My Account" box on the right hand side of the home screen. click "Manage Location".

  • Step 2: To add a new location click the "Add New" Button.

  • Step 3: Fill in the information, and verify the city by clicking on the "Verify City" button. When the Verify City button is selected a screen will appear where you need to select your city from a list. If you agree with the city, select it and then click on the "OK" button. At this point you are ready to save the information by selecting the "Save" button.

  • Step 4: To edit an existing location click the "Edit" link next to the location name.

  • Step 5: To select the current location click the "circular Button" before to the location name.

8. How do I add, edit, delete or set default shipping information?

Shipping information is used when an order is placed for items that need to be mailed to you.

  • Step 1: Log into PillaiCenter.com and go to the "My Account" on the right hand side of the home screen.

  • Step 2: Click on "Manage Shipping" in the area of the "My Account" screen.

  • Step 3: To enter a new shipping address click on the "Add New" link that appears in blue. Enter the information and click on the "Submit" button.

  • Step 4: To edit an existing shipping address click on the "Edit" link that appears under the appropriate shipping address in the shipping address book. Edit the information and click on the "Update" button.

  • Step 5: To delete an existing shipping address click on the "Delete" link that appears under the appropriate shipping address in the shipping address book.

  • Step 6: To set a shipping address as the default address that you want to use - select the "circular Button" Appears near the appropriate shipping address in the shipping address book.

9. How do I add, edit, delete or set default billing information?

Billing information is used when an order is placed for items that need to be mailed to you.

  • Step 1: Log into PillaiCenter.com and go to the "My Account" on the right hand side of the home screen.

  • Step 2: Click on "Manage Billing" in the area of the "My Account" screen.

  • Step 3: To enter a new billing address click on the "Add New" link that appears in blue. Enter the information and click on the "Submit" button.

  • Step 4: To edit an existing billing address click on the "Edit" link that appears under the appropriate billing address in the billing address book. Edit the information and click on the "Update" button.

  • Step 5: To delete an existing billing address click on the "Delete" link that appears under the appropriate billing address in the billing address book.

  • Step 6: To set a billing address as the default address that you want to use - select the "circular Button" Appears near the appropriate billing address in the billing address book.

10. How do I add, edit, delete, or set default payment information?

Payment information is used to place an order. It includes information such as the name and address on the credit card, as well as the credit card type. Astroved is currently not saving your credit card number and expiration information. Your credit card number and expiration date are entered when an order is placed and will be processed over a secure server. This data can also be entered via the Purchase Order Summary page that is shown when you verify the order that is to be placed.

  • Step 1: Log into Astroved and go to the "Your Account" box on the right hand side of the home screen. Scroll down to the line that says, "Maintain Your Account" and click on this. The Account area of Astroved can also be access by clicking on the "My Account" link across the top of all other pages.

  • Step 2: Click on "Maintain Payment Information" in the left hand navigation area of the "My Account" screen.

  • Step 3: To add payment information click on the "enter payment for a new card" link. Enter the information and click on the "Save" button.

  • Step 4: To edit payment information click on the "Edit" link that appears next to the appropriate card. Make your changes and click on the "Save" button.

  • Step 5: To delete payment information click on the "Delete" link that appears next to the appropriate card.

  • Step 6: To set the default payment information that is used when placing an order select the circular button in front of the appropriate payment record that you want to use. Click on the "Save" button.

11. How do I change my password?

  • Step 1: Log into PillaiCenter.com and go to the "My Account" on the right hand side of the home screen.

  • Step 2: Click on "Change Password" in the area of the "My Account" screen.

  • Step 3: Enter your old password in the appropriate field.

  • Step 4: Enter your new password and enter your new password again for verification into the appropriate fields.

  • Step 5: Click on the "Update" button.

12. What is the Order Log and how will it help me keep track of items I have ordered?

The "Order Log" will allow you to view a list of the reports and products that have been ordered, as well as view and email reports. The list of completed reports and products ordered will include the date that the order was made, as well as the cost of the item. If a product has been ordered the current status of the order will show. When the purchase has been fulfilled, a date will appear in the Fulfilled On area.

The Order Log will show any reports that have been process for a period of up to 3 weeks. You can also choose to delete a report prior to this by selecting the "Delete" link next to the report name. Paid report will appear until you delete. Products ordered will be shown in the log for a period of up to 3 weeks after the item's fulfillment date.

In order to view the order log:

  • Step 1: Log into PillaiCenter.com.

  • Step 2: Go to the "Order Log" Link on the right side of the home page.

  • Step 3: To view an old ordered report click the "view Old records click here".

  • Step 4: On all other pages click on "Order Log" in the blue box on the right side of the page.

  • Step 5: To view an Astroved ordered report Click the "Your Astroved Order Log Details" link for the appropriate report.

  • Step 6: Enter the Astroved user name password a copy of the report will be displayed below the link.

  • Step 7: To view an Astroved old ordered report click the "view Old records click here".
