Shipping and Customer Service

When will my order ship?

Normally, your items will leave our Service and Delivery Department in Chennai, India after processing which may take 7 to 10 business days. After processing, your order is then shipped. If you ordered items which will be energized in a service such as Ritual or Fire Lab, delivery will be dependent upon completion of the service. If you ordered the items while logged in, you will be able to see progress of the order through your Order Log.

Whom can I talk to if I have a question about my order?

Due to our small staff, we correspond exclusively via email. You can leave your email address on our toll-free message line (1-888-241-7337) or send an email to office@PillaiCenter.com with any questions you may have.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.

How do you ship your products?

We are now shipping products directly from India via SpeedPost. We may have other carrier options soon.

Additional shipping charges

We will note in the Store any items that may have special shipping charges for which we may need to email you separately. Otherwise, you have a chance to review shipping charges during Checkout in Final Review.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. Shipping charges (except as noted above) are calculated during Checkout at Final Review

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit card accounts are billed at the time of the order. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions about your order.

Do you offer priority delivery?

Not at present. We hope to offer that in the future for an additional fee.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

By law, we are required to collect sales tax when we ship to Pennsylvania addresses in USA. Otherwise, sales tax is not charged.

Can I change my order after I submit it?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change please call Customer Service at 1-888-241-7337 as soon as possible or email office@PillaiCenter.com (email preferred). Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
