“Karma is the by-product of an action. Simply put, when we do something, we create a cause-and-effect relationship between two events or things. That is what karma is.

I am going to talk you through a new, powerful meditation—one that will help remove money karma, health karma and relationship karma. When thoughts disappear, we obtain insight. Thoughts are karmic, but insight represents the true, inner self.

Connect With the Primitive You

Close your eyes and imagine the entire brain:

  • your forehead,
  • the right side,
  • the left side,
  • the top,
  • the back,
  • and the brain stem.

Now, draw your attention to the midbrain—the part that sits on the brain stem. Go deep into this primitive part. By just focusing on this area, you activate neurons.

I am going to provide two versions of the same meditation.

First Version

The first will benefit those who are unfamiliar with my teachings. It will use the sound ‘Om’ which represents the sum total of consciousness—waking, dreaming, sleeping, and those higher states of consciousness which go beyond sleeping.

Hold onto the sound ‘Om’ as I place it in the midbrain.

As I chant ‘Om’, hold onto the sound. Let it fill the midbrain and empower it.

Keep on repeating ‘Om’. If other thoughts come in, push them away.

Remain focused on ‘Om’. Keep concentrating.

This quantum sound will help erase karmic deposits in the brain. If thoughts come in, just push them out. Stay with the sound ‘Om’ and focus on the midbrain.

Second Version

In this version, you will focus on the following:

Om Siva Satguru Babaya Swaha

Place these vibrations in the midbrain, thalamus, and pineal gland. Focus on them. If thoughts come in, push them out.

Om Siva Satguru Babaya Swaha

Concentrate on the sound. Keep on reciting and thinking about the sound

Om Siva Satguru Babaya Swaha

Feel karmic deposits being erased—negative health karma, money karma, and relationship karma, leaving your brain.

We must have karma of some sort or we will be completely empty. We just need to empty the bad thoughts and fill up with good.

Now, relax and slowly come back to yourself. Take your time.”
