We are looking for a talented video editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches with the company’s vision.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improve video and sound quality using various video software
  • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation
  • Edit video to include music, video, sound clips and other important aspects of the project

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and monitoring Pillai Center’s marketing projects and coordinating the team efforts to drive projects to completion. The coordinator will act as a liaison between the email marketing, social media, and management teams.


Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the following types of projects and tasks:

  • Launches: (our preset campaigns that align with our yearly programs and timely events.)
  • Creating marketing documentation that contains all the pertinent information for the teachers, writers, and social media team.
  • Work with the social media and email team to ensure marketing campaigns are in line with the timelines provided
  • Reviewing and QA processes to ensure that content that is posted is accurate (1st review before distribution, Manager review & Leadership review and proof reading)
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure they know what calls they are hosting and what they are promoting on those calls
  • Place Weekly Marketing call and send Marketing notes to all team members
  • Events: This includes virtual and in-person events by a teacher or Dr. Pillai
  • Informing the relevant departments of an upcoming event
  • Provide visibility to the Manager – what is being done and re-assign as needed.
  • Work with the teachers/hosts to get dates, times, and topics
  • Work with the social media team to have events posted on social media platforms
  • Working with designers to get banners for cross-posting in emails, on-site, and social media
  • Working with the video and transcription teams to prepare the video and handle video aftercare
  • Email Marketing: These are our daily emails sent to our customer base.
  • Obtain and maintain approved email schedule of a minimum of 2 weeks out from management weekly.
  • Assign emails to writers, proofers, designers, and approvers.
  • Proactively follow up on emails at every stage to maintain a minimum of a 2-week lead time
  • Review content for consistency, grammar, correct links, and sending through Infusionsoft

Admin:

  • The incumbent is responsible for creating written versions of audio or video recordings, meetings, and conversations
  • As Proofreader, the incumbent is responsible for reviewing, proofing, and editing written and digital content in fast-paced publishing environments

As the program development manager, you will need to work with multiple departments to ensure programs are delivered in a timely manner and students have the support they need.
