As a project manager, you will be handling the day to day tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards. You will need to coordinate closely with high-level managers and the team on a variety of projects at one time.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with managers/team to plan and execute projects

We are looking for a talented video editor to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches with the company’s vision.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improve video and sound quality using various video software
  • Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation
  • Edit video to include music, video, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
  • Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
  • Compiling story with creative editing and sound ie. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the final output
  • Proven work experience as a video editor

Qualifications

Required:

The Marketing Manager will be coordinating with team leads to create new and innovative ways to expand our branding. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about marketing and business growth. The Marketing Manager will need to be extremely hands on and be able to dive in and work with the team to create strategies and processes for all our marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Building and managing a marketing team (sales, email, social media, etc.), which includes hiring new resources
  • Review and approval of all marketing initiatives (sales pages, editorial calendars, emails, funnels, etc.)
  • Provides content vision and content strategic initiatives
  • Liaises with the team to strategize new sales and promotion opportunities
  • Works with the team to creates high-quality marketing content across digital, mobile and social platforms
  • Drives strategies that are proven by testing and metrics; uses the website and traditional campaign analytics to identify trends, measures data, and enhances content performance and traffic

As our Social Marketing Post Creator, your mission will be to research, conceptualize, write, proofread, and edit original content for a variety of channels. You will leverage your hands-on experience tailoring tone, style, structure and voice across multiple marketing outlets.

We are looking for someone especially versed in Facebook. You should know the ins and outs of FB, how to review analytics, what apps we can use to further enhance our ability to leverage FB contacts/followers. Of course you need to have a strong command of the English language (writing and editing), but we’re also looking for passion; someone who understands the importance of engagement and cares about culture and community.   • Works with the social media team to assist in managing company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and other relevant platforms
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
  • Creates dynamic and engaging written, graphic, and video content
  • Edits videos to given specification 
  • Manages the video creation process from finding the content from archive, selecting time codes to editing and creation 
  • Posts Instagram and Facebook stories whilst utilising the platforms assets to increase engagement 
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) results 
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
  • Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
  • Proposes new story telling ideas and concepts for social media content

Pillai Center is looking for a program development manager to help manage program creation and delivery. You will need to be detail oriented, proactive, and be able to communicate effectively. As the program development manager, you will need to work with multiple departments to ensure programs are delivered in a timely manner and students have the support they need. Your duties will include

  • Coordinating program creation for live program modules (when new content is created and files need to be edited, transcripts created, etc)
