Duties include:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and monitoring Pillai Center’s marketing projects and coordinating the team efforts to drive projects to completion. The coordinator will act as a liaison between the email marketing, social media, and management teams.


Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the following types of projects and tasks:

  • Launches: (our preset campaigns that align with our yearly programs and timely events.)
  • Creating marketing documentation that contains all the pertinent information for the teachers, writers, and social media team.
  • Work with the social media and email team to ensure marketing campaigns are in line with the timelines provided
  • Reviewing and QA processes to ensure that content that is posted is accurate (1st review before distribution, Manager review & Leadership review and proof reading)
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure they know what calls they are hosting and what they are promoting on those calls
  • Place Weekly Marketing call and send Marketing notes to all team members
  • Events: This includes virtual and in-person events by a teacher or Dr. Pillai
  • Informing the relevant departments of an upcoming event
  • Provide visibility to the Manager – what is being done and re-assign as needed.
  • Work with the teachers/hosts to get dates, times, and topics
  • Work with the social media team to have events posted on social media platforms
  • Working with designers to get banners for cross-posting in emails, on-site, and social media

Position Summary:

Pillai Center is looking for a creative individual who loves to create messaging through design.


Duties:

  • Bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Assist the Project Manager in producing and overseeing digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs
  • Executing design tasks from conception to production, including websites, and brochures
  • Contribute to a professional, proactive, collaborative culture within Pillai Center and work effectively with diverse personnel at various levels of the organisation, developing productive working relationships with staff and key contacts in different functions
  • Creating Web Pages
  • Create Newsletters
  • Creating Social media images and banners
  • Creating branding materials

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, use initiative and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding high-volume environment with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues within and beyond the immediate work unit to achieve team and organisational objectives
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with relationship building and negotiation skills including the ability to work effectively with team members
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in design software
  • User interface and user experience
  • Preferred: Experience in Illustrator, Flash and coral draw
  • Preferred: Html, CSS, jquery Knowledge
  • Preferred: Frontend Development (Html, CSS, jquery, knowledge)
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
  • Excellent Attention to visual details

The Pillai Center is seeking a paid advertising marketer. You will be responsible for driving growth of our business by managing, optimizing, and further developing our ad portfolio. You’ll research search terms to understand customer intentions while they shop with us. Your creative insights and strategic initiatives in paid search will further our mission to build the most personalized shopping experience possible.

You love paid search, data, and learning about customer intentions. You are someone who is passionate about problem solving – for yourself and for customers. You employ your analytical and curious mind to explore data in search of ever-better ways to connect people to solutions. You’re interested in understanding the complex journey of purchasing a product for each customer, from how a customer might conduct product research, to product comparisons, to how paid search can have the maximum impact on this journey. You’re interested in identifying new, meaningful data points and creating reports to communicate those points.

Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of advertising campaigns, including writing ad copy or working with our in house copywriter, testing, bid management, and keyword research
  • Create, test, and report on ad creatives within campaigns
  • Stay current on paid search trends and assess potential new opportunities
  • Quickly and profitably grow spend across new campaigns to meet ROI goals
  • Creatively collaborate with web team to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences via ad landing pages
  • Support data analysis, search query research, and development of ad reporting
  • Collaborate actively with the rest of the team and create new processes to optimize existing operations
  • Suggest budgets
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Set up and oversee conversion tracking and retargeting pixels

Skills

  • Experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads and Google Analytics
  • Google Adwords & Pinterest Ads, is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to review data, conduct experiments, analyze results, and provide recommended next steps
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Working Knowledge of Google AdWords, Analytics, Ad Manager, Data Studio, Trends and Tag Manager preferred
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Confidently present information in a clear, concise and easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to work comfortably in a deadline-driven environment
  • Possess a positive, solution-oriented attitude with a keen eye for process and product improvements
