This is the last Saturday of the year and everything can change in the wink of an eye! She mentions that it is important to do our spiritual practices every day! It should become 2nd nature to do our practices. This is the reason that we have run into our guru Dr. Pillai this lifetime. Something has resonated within us because we have been with him before.
Dr. Pillai teaches us that our thoughts materialize. What we think is what is. We must take care of our thoughts. How do we do this? How do we access the highest thoughts so we can materialize the best of what we want! By doing our spiritual practices, such as meditating, chanting, praying, we can clear our minds and access the highest thoughts. One of the most important things that Dr. Pillai teaches us is the management of time. Each moment, hour, day, month and year offers us a special energy and if we can access this energy (shakti) we can get ahead of the karmic rat race we have fallen into!
This New Year is a time to start anew. Each moment should be new. Observe what has happened to us last year and notice the patterns that we had fallen into. If we see that we are lacking in our lives, we need to take control and get our finances in control. Today is a powerful time to destroy the money karma that we have inherited. The way we think about money comes from our ancestors. We need to crush this way of thinking by connecting with God Consciousness and get rid of our egos! Scarcity or poverty consciousness is rampant and Dr. Pillai is giving us the tools and techniques to change this up! Imagine the root chakra (tail bone area) and an orange-red light there. This is the kundalini or the feminine energy-the energy that creates. The kundalini travels up through a thin tube that runs up the spine called the shushumna. This is how we begin to connect with our higher selves and create the reality we desire and deserve.
The next thing that Dr. Pillai teaches us is to change our karma. Today, being Saturday, is the day to connect with Saturn and learn the lessons he has for us. Saturn is going to make sure you see that which you don’t want anymore. Propitiate Saturn and he will help you to rid yourselves of the bad karma that you have accumulated. He is slow and patient and will help you to focus on your internal self. Saturn helps us to continue on our spiritual path. Sucharita tells us that “Saints are sinners who never gave up” and Saturn helps us to persevere. Wear black or dark blue on this day to propitiate Lord Saturn.
Sucharita spoke about how and why tithing is important. The Tripura Foundation is an easy way to tithe. All spiritual traditions have tithing and this is a way to erase karma.
Dr. Pillai is a universal spiritual teacher that anyone of any religion can relate to and learn how to advance spiritually. He gives us the tools that we can all take advantage of, no matter what our religious background is. He teaches us how to pray, meditate, connect with the Holy Spirit. Dr. Pillai is always tuned into us because he is an enlightened being, here on earth to help the human race evolve.
