13th Moon for Karma-Clearing | January 3 & 19

The 13th Moon reflects special energy for us to dissolve negative karmic energies that can affect our thoughts, behaviors, habits, and outcomes of our actions. We may have inherited these from our ancestors, from a past life, or throughout our current lifetime. However, we must move on from karma and limiting beliefs that hold us back to allow new, more powerful opportunities to enter our lives.

The Full Moon embodies maximum abundant energy. When it reaches its peak, it projects full, divine energy onto the Earth plane to support the manifestation of our dreams and desires, specifically those pertaining to wealth and prosperity.

All the Goddesses, divine beings, Saints, Siddhas, and Enlightened Masters come to our aid on Full Moon Days. Goddess Lakshmi is associated with the Full Moon and her energy is available in abundance on this day for extra support for your Shreem Brzee practice.

This day is a special full moon called Arudra Darshan. It is a time to celebrate the cosmic dance of Shiva and do acts of charity.

Shreem Brzee Fridays | January 6, 13, 20 & 27

Every Friday is considered a “Goddess Friday,” presenting an auspicious time to connect with Goddess Lakshmi and draw close to her with prayer and offerings.

Fridays are ruled by planet Venus, and Venus is ruled by Lakshmi. The beauty and abundance energy of both Venus and Lakshmi are highly present on Fridays. You can connect with these available energies by doing extra Shreem Brzee meditations, chanting and writing mantras, performing rituals, or offering gifts and sincere prayers to Lakshmi.

To access additional Venus energy, you can do your spiritual practices during Venus hora. Find the Venus horas in your local area through the free AstroVed Assistant app (under Astrology -> Hora Watch).

Anuradha Star Day | January 17

There are 27 stars in Vedic Astrology, and each star has particular qualities for blessing us. When you’re born with the Moon in a particular  star, you take on those qualities. Both Lakshmi (the Goddess of Wealth) and Vishwamitra (the Father of Brzee) were both born on days when the Moon was in the Anuradha star.

They embody the qualities of purity, prosperity and love in the form of devotion. The Moon’s presence in Anuradha star offers an ideal opportunity to connect with the energies of these divine beings through prayer and worship to attract blessings of abundance. This time gives additional support for your Shreem Brzee practice.

What to Do on Anuradha Star Day

  • Chant “Shreem Brzee” 1,008 times

Thai Amavasya New Moon | January 21

Thai Amavasya is one of the 3 most important New Moons of the year. It literally means the New Moon that occurs in the Tamil month of Thai.

Thai Amavasya is a premier powertime for propitiating our ancestors for blessings of soul renewal. Every New Moon grants us access to our ancestors who play a huge role in what we think, how we think, and the actions we take. This is because our ancestors are intimately connected to our soul. Dr. Pillai refers to this as “Soul Genetics” – our ancestors send us influential psychic messages through their souls and DNA.

Dr. Pillai teaches that your ancestors wield a much more powerful influence over your life than even the Gods and Goddesses. Hence, Dr. Pillai emphasizes the great importance of overcoming their afflictions and receiving their blessings. He teaches that without doing so, your progress in life can be greatly obstructed.
