  5. Sun in Sagittarius: This...

girllook

In a state of distress, we often hold onto a sinking feeling that we’ll never come out of that state. And instead of stepping up optimism and goal setting, we wallow in fear and doubt.

The Storm Is Over

If you’ve experienced something like that recently, the likely reason was the following: the planet of success, royalty consciousness and ruler of our soul was suffering from a limited scope within Scorpio, sign of friendly Mars, in conjunction with the ultimate obstacle maker of the zodiac—lord Saturn, archenemy of the Sun.

That problem ends on December 16, when the Sun regains status and brightness in the Jupiter-ruled and natural 9th house of the zodiac—Sagittarius.

While the Sun and Saturn are respectively father and son and both seek to serve others, they have major disagreements on how to do so.

Hear Scores of Angels and Herald Trumpets

So—now from Sagittarius, the Sun is exchanging signs with best friend Jupiter, his own ruler. Because this auspicious “yoga” is happening between two houses of wealth and higher values, this is great news for all.

Additionally, Jupiter is sending a fortunate drishti—or continuous glance—to the Sun, which adds further strength to these planets’ association.

Hallelujah.

You can now win the lottery, receive a promotion, or land your ideal job!sunworship

The Sun’s placement in Sagittarius is not just lucky for your career, but also for your inspiration and overall optimism.

From this state of wonder and joy you might even seek a higher path of knowledge and transcendence.

Give the Gift of Higher Knowledge

In the holiday season the planets of generosity, Sun and Jupiter, will bring you truth and wider horizons, so that not even the sky can be the limit.

In fact, you’ll likely want to donate money to those who have nothing, uplift those around you, give a book, a seminar, or a fully paid trip to a spiritual or religious setting.

I’ll be giving malas, or blessed rosaries, as holiday gifts this year. Not only are they made of energizing materials that carry divine energies, but they’ve also absorbed auspicious rays from fire rituals performed on auspicious dates—to honor the ruling deities!

Divine Gurus Give Planetary Gems and Malas to Their Students

Even Sri Yukteswar Giri, Paramahansa Yogananda’s Guru, gave his divine disciple some planetary gems and malas for protection and blessings, as Yogananda recorded in his well-known “Autobiography of a Yogi.”

If you are familiar with the concept of karma—or reward for good actions—the greatest gift you can give is food to the poor. And who doesn’t need some good karmic score? We all do.

Another gift from heaven you can give to your children, for example, is a fire ritual—an  Interactive Fire Lab—that could change their future and infuse their endeavors with good luck. I’ve done that at times when my sons needed inspiration or a solution to a problem. I can testify these rituals work wonders.

Possibly, the worst activity during this transit is judging others for their religion or unique worship styles.

A strong Sun in high dignity teaches respect for all spiritual paths, as God has many faces.

“Study me as much as you like, you will not know me, for I differ in a hundred ways from what you see me to be. Put yourself behind my eyes and see me as I see myself, for I have chosen to dwell in a place you cannot see.”

– Rumi
