In order to view the Webcast, you’ll need the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player. Download and install the plugin from Adobe’s website, then restart your browser and navigate back to the player.

Download The Latest Version Of Adobe Flash Player

Computers running a 64-bit web browser on a 64-bit operating system (For example: Internet Explorer 64-bit edition on Windows 7) aren’t able to display Flash. To view the Webcast, use a 32-bit version of your web browser. Most modern browsers have a 32-bit version built in. More info here.

Your computer is buffering the signal. This usually happens when the Internet connection can’t feed the data fast enough to give smooth playback. So, the computer waits for the data to come in and stores it in a buffer, until there’s enough to play back again in a smooth, steady stream.

If this problem happens continually, your Internet connection may not be fast enough to support the stream speed that you have selected.

Currently, mobile viewing of the Webcast is limited to iPhone/iPad/iPod touch (version 3.0+) and the Android (version Eclair [2.0/2.1]+).

Due to the size of the streaming material, it is best to be connected via Wi-Fi instead of your phone’s 3G service. You can switch your phone to Wi-Fi under the ‘Settings’ menu and select the best connection available to you.

No cancellations shall be allowed after confirmation of purchase.
