Right now we are riding on the power of the Full Moon of the Guru which occurred last Monday. On the Full Moon of the Guru, all the Ascended Masters, teachers, gurus and any spiritual being who is helping us on the earth plane, came very close to the earth plane and were available to help us in any way that we needed help. It was fun actually being at the Guru Purnima event and meeting all our fellow spiritual aspirants. The combined energy was fantastic!

Seek blessings from the God of Time to catapult into good and progressive times. When you please the God of Time by respecting time in your life, he places you at the right place in the right time. Friday July, 29th will be the second Aadhi Velli, or Goddess Friday, in the Tamil month of Aadi. On this day the Moon will be in the star Rohini, ruled by the Moon. This day has a lot of feminine energy as the Moon and Venus exchange signs. This is the best day to pray to the Goddess for stability, increasing productivity and material security.Something you can do on your own at home on the last Friday of Aadi is to offer a lemon garland to the Goddess. Lemons have the property of absorbing negative energy and cooling the fiery nature of Shakti (Goddess energy). Lemons also accelerate the activation of the benevolent and graceful aspects of the Goddess. Prayers offered to the Goddess over lemon garlands are transferred faster to her.
Starting Saturday, July 20th at 6:00 p.m. EDT and continuing through Sunday July 31, is a 13th Waxing Moon. Every 13th Moon phase is known as Pradosham and is a good time for dissolving negative karma. When 13th Moon occurs on a Sunday, it is known as Surya Pradosham. Accessing Shiva during Pradosham is very effective in cleansing your mind of all toxins of negativity and ignorance. This is a good time to roll lemons and limes on your shoulders and chant “Thiru Neela Kantam Makaral Shivayanama” to bust our karma.

Saturday August 6th/ 7th Naga Chaturthi and Naga Panchami are traditional Hindu festivals dedicated to the worship of snakes. Nagas are very powerful, mystical beings in the form of snakes that have the power to cast or remove curses. This festival is celebrated to seek protection against snake bites, snake afflictions and also call down the serpent blessings for the wellbeing of your children, family, fertility, and prosperity.
