“Close your eyes and press your lips together. Feel the air inside your mouth and notice how it is starting to build up. Feel it on the palette and on the sides of the mouth and throat.

Feel the air rotating like a whirlpool.

Feel it going around and around.

Keep on practicing and you will find that you are able to control your mind. There will be peace, in just three to five minutes.”
