Sucharita welcomed us to our Powertime Practice call this Saturday August 18, 2018 after a light technological glitch. Things always happen for a reason. It is TIME TO WAKE UP! She told us that Kerala, a state in India where Hanuman Das (a priest who channels Hanuman) lives, is knee-deep in water from flooding. Everywhere there is a disaster area, but Hanuman Das’s house and property is untouched. He has been protected! We need Divine protection from natural disasters and this can only happen when we wake up and become attuned to our higher self.
These five sounds make up the whole universe and can protect you from natural disasters:
Na = the earth and is located at the base of the spine
Ma = the water and is located in the belly
Shi = the fire and is located in the heart
Va = the air and is located in the throat and mouth
Ya = the space and is located in the third eye
Those who are prepared to be aware and alert will be able to get a lot out of this change that is coming. They will be then be able to see in their own life how to alter their reality.

God is everything in the universe. It is the life force that pervades and sustains us and is called Prana. We will grab onto the prana in our meditation today. Stay in God Consciousness always and you will be protected. We need clarity and we need grace. In order for God to come in, we need to get our egos out of the way!

13TH MOON – KARMA BUSTING

The 13th Moon phase is called Pradosham, a karma-removing time. 1 1/2 hours before sunset through sunset is the most powerful time to pray to Siva to dissolve your bad karma. Hydrate a sivalinga by pouring water/milk/juice over it as you chant the karma busting mantra, Thiru Neela Kantam Makaral Shivayanama. Visualize blue light in your throat. Roll and break a coconut or lime(s) to remove karma. When a Pradosham falls on a Thursday (the day ruled by Jupiter, who is called “Guru” in Sanskrit), it is known as Guru Pradosham.
