  5. 2-Minute Meditation Exercise for...

Peace of mind is a misleading term. Why? As long as there is mind, there is no peace.

Then what is peace? Peace is the absence of mind.

We all naturally have that experience during sleep. Once we wake up in the morning, the peace is gone because the mind kicks in. The mind has a million questions. Sometimes it says, “I have found the answer.” In the next moment it says, “No, that’s not right,” and goes on asking a million questions, keeping you in misery.

Now I am going to give you a very simple technique that, in a couple of minutes or less, will give you joy. It will give you the absence of the mind.

Instructions: 2-Minute Joy Meditation Exercise for Joy Happiness

Put the tip of the tongue against the front teeth and close your eyes. No mantra, or anything else, is required. As soon as you do that, you’ll get into a deep state. Do this for a full minute or more.

Now look at the bottom of the nose, mentally, and keep your awareness there. Keep the tongue’s tip on the front teeth as well. Do this for a full minute or more.

If you want to keep going, you can do that for however long you want.

God Bless,
