  5. Understanding Karma & Mind:...

In this second installment of the Karma series, Dr. Pillai explains how all thoughts—past, present, and future—already exist, outlining the three types of karma and a midbrain tapping practice to move beyond repetitive thinking.

Dr. Pillai:  “You knew everything that you think now, and will think in the future too. This explains the concepts of the three types of karma.

Which, you know, I don’t want to go into philosophy, because it’s not as profitable as neuroscience.

So the philosophy says there is the sum total of karma called Sanchitta, and then the karma that you are experiencing, Prarabdha, and the karma that is going to come is Agami.

So that is explained in just one sentence that I said, which is:
“The thoughts that you are thinking now, and the thoughts that you will think, you thought them all at one point.”

So that is a more profitable way of doing it.

And also more profitable is to get rid of all of them, because all of the karma has to be gotten rid of.

And that is where the Midbrain-assisted Google Search comes from.

I think everybody should sign up for that—not only sign up, but also do the Google search with midbrain assistance. And then you will find not only the things that you want to find, but also you will be able to spiritually evolve, and also understand the human brain better.

Okay.

And we are now mostly operating from this level—from the frontal, the cortex, and the neocortex level—where the thoughts are.

You know, if you just look at your own thoughts, you are thinking the same thoughts over and over again. And that’s karma.

As long as you are thinking that, you are not going anywhere.

So you have to go—the only way is the midbrain tapping.

There are four gates:
one here [between the eyebrows],
one here [half an inch up],
one here [another half an inch up],
one here [another half an inch up].

And then we are going to tap now.

Midbrain Tapping Technique

Close your eyes.

And then tap in between the eyebrows.
Tap.

Feel the energy exploding.
Feel it.

And then move another half inch and tap—Gate 2.

Feel the energy exploding.
Feel it.

Go to Gate 3—that’s another half inch up.
Tap.

Feel the energy exploding.
Tap.
Feel the energy exploding.

Now think of all four gates without tapping.

Feel a red light starting from Gate 1 and going to Gate 4—a ray of red light.

Feel the energy exploding as you think of the red ray of light.

Keep doing it
as long as you want.”
