Namaste fellow spiritual travelers! Sucharita welcomed us on this Powertime Practice call on Saturday December 8, 2018. This is a time of compassion and joy! Dr. Pillai is guiding us at the level of the soul and introducing us to the Divine Beings that are behind the scenes! We must learn how to open up to these beings. All of us are eligible to become enlightened! How do we motivate ourselves to go and get our divine birthrights of health, wealth and perfect relationships? We use the tools and techniques that Dr. Pillai is giving us! We must learn to be still, through meditation and mantras. When we are still, we can know God. Watch Dr. Pillai’s special video on Facebook about today’s powertime and why today is a special vortex of energy.
Sucharita looked at her AstroVed calendar to see what powertimes are available right now. We are coming off a new moon and this is the time of honoring the ancestors-not just our grandparents and great grandparents, but ALL our ancestors! In all cultures there are rites that honor the ancestors. Dr. Pillai teaches us to do tarpanam for our ancestors. This should be done daily, during the daylight hours only. During the next two weeks, the moon will be waxing. The moon represents our mind and this is the time to take the steps to better our situation. Our thoughts must be assessed and then stopped. Hold that stillness! This is how we know God and how we become receptive to what we want to manifest. Today is Saturday and this is Saturn’s day. Saturn deals out karma! He gives us the lessons that we need to learn.

This is a peak day for absorbing the energies of Lord Muruga (a divine warrior/healer) and the planet Mars. Muruga specializes in solving problems such as credit card debt, legal issues, health problems, etc. Call on Muruga by chanting Om SaRaVaNaBaVa on this day and by pouring milk/juice/water over a vel.
